2. Turn it on with a single press of the button and choose the heat level that suits you. If you have chosen the model with massage, activate the vibration with an additional press.
3. Lean back – or continue your day. The belt is wireless and discreet enough to use at work, in the car, or on the go.
Tip: Start on the lowest heat setting and increase as needed. Use the belt for 15-30 minutes at a time, and take a break if your skin feels overheated
