Sådan bruger du det
Clean the device with mild soap and lukewarm water before first use.
Start at the lowest intensity level and let the device guide your workout for approximately 10-15 minutes. Find a quiet time when you can relax – for example, in the morning or before bedtime.
Gradually build up: Exercise regularly (preferably daily) and increase the intensity at your own pace over the coming weeks. Clean the device after each use and let it air dry.
Tip: The pelvic floor is a muscle – and like all muscle training, it requires patience. Most people notice a difference after a few weeks of regular training.

Ofte stillede spørgsmål
Who is it for?
For women who want to strengthen their pelvic floor – for example, after pregnancy and childbirth, for minor accidents when coughing, laughing or running, or simply as preventive training. Pelvic floor training is recommended by physiotherapists for women of all ages.
When does it work?
As with all muscle training: gradually. Most people should train regularly for several weeks before noticing a clear difference. Consistency is more important than intensity.
Is it discreet to order?
Completely. The package is delivered in neutral packaging without product name or visible contents – no one needs to know what you have ordered.
How do I clean it?
With mild, unscented soap and lukewarm water after each use. Let it air dry completely before putting it away. Do not use alcohol or harsh cleaning agents on the silicone.
Are there situations where I should not use it?
Yes – do not use it during pregnancy, shortly after childbirth (wait until your postnatal check-up, and ask your doctor or midwife), with pelvic infections, or if you have an IUD and are in doubt. If you experience pain or persistent discomfort, you should always consult your doctor or a gynecological physiotherapist. The device is a training tool and does not replace medical treatment.
We don't talk about it – but we should
One in three women experience a weakened pelvic floor at some point – after childbirth, with age, or just because life happens. Small mishaps when coughing, laughing, or running are far more common than most people think. And the best part? The pelvic floor is a muscle, and muscles can be trained.
